I tailor my work to each client’s unique needs and preferences, honoring their individual experiences and cultural identities. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can make meaningful progress toward their goals. I believe that change is not linear and that breaking goals into small, manageable steps is often the most effective way to support lasting transformation. I help clients understand the function of their behaviors, explore barriers to change, and develop more adaptive strategies to replace unhelpful patterns.
I enjoy helping clients build a toolbox of coping skills and finding creative ways to support growth. I strive to strike a balance between facilitating change and promoting self-compassion. I also support clients in clarifying what matters most to them and finding ways to live more fully in alignment with their values.
