About Rachel
Concentration: Adults struggling with disordered eating/eating disorders, body image concerns, self-esteem and identity issues, anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, challenging life transitions, and mind-body connection.
Biography: Rachel is a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC). She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University and has focused her clinical career on supporting individuals on their disordered eating and trauma recovery journeys ever since. Rachel works from a trauma-informed, health-at-every-size framework and believes all bodies, regardless of size, race, gender, or ability, deserve respect, care, and honoring. Rachel brings specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and yoga-informed psychotherapy to her clinical work.
Rachel believes that within each of us there is an inherent place of wisdom, strength, and peace. In working with clients, Rachel creates a nurturing, brave space for individuals to explore their patterns and beliefs to find answers within themselves. Using this holistic approach, she works to help clients discover their own potential and personal truth. Rachel is honored to walk with her clients on their therapeutic journeys.
