Focus: Individual therapy related to substance abuse and addiction, relationships, depression, anxiety, and stress management.

Biography: I am committed to providing my clients a safe and supportive environment so that their personal process of change and growth can begin. I encourage my clients to engage in self-exploration so that they will come to a deeper understanding of themselves. Together we will identify healthier ways to cope with the thoughts, feelings and life circumstances that are causing discomfort.

My specialties include anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and substance abuse. I view my clients as multifaceted human being who may be struggling across one or more life areas including emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, vocational and social needs. Some of the therapeutic approaches I use are: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

As a therapist, I strive to maintain an honest and caring environment, without judgment, where my clients feel comfortable, safe, and welcome. I work with where my clients are at while focusing on their strengths, to begin their personal journey towards balance and wellness.
