Focus: Anxiety disorders, insomnia, stress management, health-related concerns, and depression.

I am a pre-licensed psychotherapist with a strong background in health psychology and general mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, insomnia, stress, and life transitions. I earned my Doctorate in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and completed my postdoctoral fellowship at Rush University Medical Center with a focus on coping with medical conditions and chronic illness.

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health and believe an essential part of therapy is to understand the intricate relationship between mind and body. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, I empower clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, guiding them toward lasting positive change. I believe that action will promote resilience, improve self-esteem and alleviate distress. In collaboration with each client, we develop a plan for therapy that is unique to their needs. My goal is to develop strategies that resonate with each client to promote growth and resilience, and ultimately help the client get closer to their goals.

I am currently pursuing licensure in both Illinois and Washington state. In my free time, I enjoy reading fantasy novels, trying out new coffee shops, and playing video games. I also love exploring new neighborhoods in Chicago and when the weather is nice walking along the lake.

I look forward to the possibility of working together and supporting you as we work towards your goals. Please feel free to email me to schedule a consultation or ask any questions you may have.
