Through my expertise in Art Therapy, I have seen the transformative power of art as a tool to reconnect the mind and body in a safe way. Art Therapy is about the process and exploring the narrative of life.
I believe in the importance of the connection we have with ourselves, our bodies, minds, and loved ones. When the connection is disrupted, it prevents us from living our most meaningful lives. I work with each of my clients to co-create a safe, nonjudgmental space, through compassion, curiosity, and humor.
I’m passionate about supporting individuals as they explore and strengthen their relationships with their bodies and with food through a Health at Every Size (HAES)–aligned approach. Together, we gently unpack diet culture messages, body shame, and food-related stress so you can move toward trust, nourishment, and self-compassion.
I provide gender-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care and strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood. I work with clients navigating identity development, body image concerns, and neurodivergence in adulthood. Our work centers your strengths, helping you reclaim your story, deepen self-trust, and feel more at home in your body.
Outside of my professional work, art is a tool I also use for personal expression. I love going to concerts, cheering for the Chicago Bears, spending as much time by the water as I can, and snuggling with my cat Jasper!
