My experience spans multiple levels of care and diverse clinical concerns. I provided intensive community-based therapy at Nationwide Children’s Hospital for adolescents with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, and have also worked in elementary schools, residential treatment, and inpatient hospital settings. This breadth of experience gives me a strong understanding of mental health needs across developmental stages and environments.
My approach is empathy-driven and person-centered. I focus on building trusting, collaborative relationships where clients feel safe and supported. Alongside this relational foundation, and evidence-based interventions I use a solution-focused lens to help clients set meaningful goals and break them into manageable steps. I tailor to each individual, helping them navigate barriers, strengthen coping skills, and gain practical tools they can carry beyond therapy. Above all, I want clients to know they don’t have to face difficult seasons alone.
Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, I deeply value my community. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy cheering on Columbus and Cleveland sports teams, creating and appreciating art, attending concerts, and spending time with friends and family. I also share my home with my cat, Anakin, who keeps life interesting.
