Danielle Doucette, PsyD, CEDS-S
Clinically, Dr. Doucette specializes in behavioral therapies, including Exposure and Response Prevention for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT), an evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. She brings the core principles of RO-DBT of openness and humility into both her therapeutic work and leadership approach.
In her leadership role, Dr. Doucette focuses on strategic development, clinician supervision, and operational growth. She has helped shape Midwest Counseling & Diagnostics into a mission-driven practice by fostering an environment where innovation, reflection, and clinical integrity thrive. Her work includes building systems that support scalable care, providing mentorship to early-career clinicians, and aligning business decisions with Midwest’s core values and mission.
