Amy Klimek, LCPC, CYT
Therapy begins in creating a space of acceptance and safety, where individuals can lean into self-exploration to build and restore meaningful change. Combining traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, and movement, Amy guides healing using all that is available for knowledge and insight.
Amy previously held the position as Director of Program Development/Eating Disorder Coordinator at the residential level. She has traveled nationally training clinicians on identifying and treating individuals with eating disorders and body disturbance. Other clinical fellowship and trainings include an externship using Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) from a contextual behavior perspective as treatment for chronic distress, Gottman Level One, and Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy.
