Dr. Mimi Neathery is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) with more than 15 years of experience in clinical practice, training, and organizational leadership. She earned her Doctor of Psychology degree from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2007 and joined Midwest Counseling & Diagnostics in 2014, where she currently serves as Director of Clinical Development.

In this role, Dr. Neathery is a core member of the leadership team, guiding the strategic direction and growth of a dynamic group practice in Chicago, IL. She provides clinical supervision and consultation to licensed and pre-licensed therapists, coordinates and facilitates ongoing training seminars, and fosters a culture of clinical excellence. She also supports outreach and referral relationships within the broader community, and contributes to the recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of new clinical staff.

Additionally, Dr. Neathery specializes in providing trauma-informed psychotherapy for adults with a focus on mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, and recovery from complex trauma. This clinical foundation continues to inform her leadership, grounding organizational decisions in a deep understanding of client needs and the therapeutic process.
