Biography: Dr. Lauren Hirsch, Ph.D., is a clinician with a strong background in health psychology and general mental health concerns. With a profound understanding of the intricate relationship between mind and body, Dr. Hirsch offers insightful guidance to individuals seeking to improve their overall well-being. She earned a Doctorate in Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and completed her APA-accredited internship at the University of Missouri and postdoctoral fellowship at Rush University Medical Center focused on health psychology and other health-related concerns.

Passionate about helping individuals navigate the complexities of mental health, Dr. Hirsch adopts a holistic approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, with compassionate care. Her areas of focus include anxiety disorders, depression, insomnia, stress management, and health-related concerns.
