Biography: I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience treating individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, work/life balance, grief and loss, life transitions, as well as those wanting to cut back or stop substance use. My approach is collaborative, incorporating curiosity, authenticity, openness and humor. It is through this collaborative process that I can help individuals gain insight into long held beliefs and patterns of behavior and to ultimately develop new ways of relating to themselves and others.
I am an eclectic therapist, most often utilizing aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I am a LGBTQIA, body liberation, and non- monogamy affirming provider.
