Biography: Perhaps you feel a longing to be part of things but you don't feel like you are good enough to participate. Or, you feel unworthy of love and connection. Maybe you are drinking, using drugs, or taking more and more of your prescribed medication and still feeling awful. Your time is consumed with shopping, gambling, or playing video games and it is interfering with your relationships, leaving you unavailable for the important people in your life. Your life just is not where you want it to be.

I can help you address the concerns you have. My training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ACT) will give us a roadmap to help you navigate the challenges in your life. I will work with you to develop tools that can help you find a way out of your current struggles.
I will help you cultivate self-compassion, which is a belief in and kindness to yourself. I can help you find your voice AND learn to use it! You deserve to feel better about yourself.
