Biography: Jenna is a passionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in clinical therapy with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Jenna holds a Master’s in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago with a certification in Professional Practice with At-Risk Youth. Jenna utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach and tailors treatment using techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Play Therapy to best serve client’s needs.
Jenna has had the pleasure of working in a variety of settings including an inpatient hospital and outpatient practices. She works with individuals coping with issues including mood and anxiety disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, trauma, grief/loss, childhood-based disorders, life transitions, self-esteem and relationships. Jenna has experience working with diverse clients through individual, group, and family therapy.
Jenna’s approach focuses on creating a trusting environment with the client. Throughout treatment, she works with clients to address values and develop a strong sense of self. Jenna works to establish a collaborate and meaningful therapeutic relationship with clients to improve healing and growth.
