Focus: Adolescents and adults struggling with full-spectrum eating disorders including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and night eating syndrome, body image concerns, depression, anxiety, trauma, life changes/transitions, self-injury, suicidality, and compulsive behaviors.

Biography: Tori is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) experienced working with clients at inpatient, partial hospital (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) and outpatient levels of care. Tori works from a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework and believe all humans and all bodies are deeply worthy of compassionate and skilled treatment. Making peace with your body is a radical act in the context of a culture obsessed with dieting, weight, and body size. Tori operates from a systems perspective to help empower clients to make internal changes as well as put their struggles in a greater context.

Tori utilizes a variety of evidence-based therapies including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). With your permission, Tori will engage as a co-conspirator in helping you build a meaningful life and come home to your body. Humans are capable of great change with the right tools and support. Engaging in the hard work of self-discovery and behavior modification involves tremendous courage and Tori is passionate about allying with you in this process.
